Maintenance Manager

Company in the Frozen Food Distribution and Trade sector with over 17 years of experience is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (m/f).

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Execute and comply with the maintenance plan, including corrective maintenance;
• Identify and repair breakdowns, ensuring proper functioning of equipment;
• Analyze work orders to minimize downtime of equipment and machinery;
• Report all incidents and handle occurrences accordingly;
• Complete and organize records related to maintenance activities;
• Support monitoring and follow-up of work performed by third parties;
• Organize tasks according to needs and prioritize accordingly;
• Request quotes for parts and equipment interventions.

Required Profile:

• Experience in industrial maintenance (preferred);
• Knowledge in technical areas such as industrial refrigeration is a plus;
• Flexible working hours (preferred);
• Knowledge of electricity and mechanics;
• Basic computer skills;
• Organized, resilient, and autonomous;
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle;
• Residence in the area.
